August 29, 2012 Present: Aaron, Kate, Helen, Josh, Lorissa, Glenn Dicussion:
- Sunday and Monday 8-11 (next week): grades 1-4 Matrix training. Each grade will be moving throught he school learning expected behaviors. Classes will be staggered and specialist will be spread around to assist.
- 11:00-11:45: Specialists teachers eat lunch
- 11:45-2:00: Specialist teachers regular schedule (3 blocks). Aaron will organize when teachers don't have any frees for the day
- (at around) 2:20 teachers will return to class and get ready for the end of the day.
- Canteen: John wants all classroom teachers inthe canteen when their class is eating. Coordinator's felt that this might not be necessary, and that there may be more need to have all teachers in the plaground for play. Question was asked if teachers can be substituted by an assistant. First 5 minutes of lunch is to be silent - then it's up to each grade to determine acceptable canteen behavior.\
